I found the Club Lounge access very convenient. It provided a quiet space for relaxation. The staff offered attentive service. I also enjoyed having daily complimentary refreshments and snacks. I noticed the resort has direct access to a beautiful beach. The calm, clear water was perfect for swimming. I liked the provided beach chairs and umbrellas. The gym facilities included treadmills and weight machines. It allowed me to maintain my workout routine . The equipment was modern and well-kept.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a lot of variety and fresh ingredients. I especially enjoyed the dining options and fresh local ingredients. The staff was always ready to help with a smile.

The spa was a big disappointment. It was an open area with no air conditioning. There was only a half screen separation between people. I felt irritated from the noise due to drilling.

the team really ensured my stay was nice. I cannot thank them enough. rum greeted me with a warm smile every day and was attentive to all my needs. greeniz was professional and helpful, handling everything with grace (i really appreciated that).

I noticed the finish of the pool was a bit rough. I got a small scrape. also, on my arrival day, i seemed to attract some fleas in the outdoor sitting area (i think they live on the cushions). it slightly impacted my ability to enjoy the outdoor space.

The service felt very mediocre! Staff kept giving us the bill every time we ordered at the pool. We told them multiple times that we would order more and settle at the end upon leaving. THIS process disrupted our relaxation.
